During a reflexology session your reflexology therapist will work the reflexes on the feet, hands, and/or ears. These reflexes correspond to all the parts and systems in our bodies. A reflexology therapist will use specific hand, thumb, and finger techniques on the corresponding reflexes to help you with many conditions including numerous aches and pains, as well as help relieve tension and lower your stress.
You can work with your therapist to figure out the best length of session for you which can include a single modality or a combination of foot, hand, and/or ear reflexology.
Fees
$80.00 for 60 minute session
$100.00 for a 75 minute session
$120.00 for a 90 minute session
Foot Reflexology
Can help with many health conditions and numerous aches and pains. Your session will be tailored to your needs.
Try it on its own or combined with hand or ear reflexology. (Please note you may need longer than a 60 minute treatment to do more than one modality within a session.)
Hand Reflexology
Can help with health conditions such as stiff and achy joints, arthritis, especially in your hands and carpal tunnel.
Try it on its own or as a combined session with either foot or ear reflexology.
Ear Reflexology
Is a relaxing technique that helps calm the mind and works on improving pain in the body. Some examples are heel pain, neck pain and shoulder pain.
With ear reflexology a therapist can also do ear seeding.
It can be done on its own or combined with foot or hand reflexology.
