Core Reflexology
This course teaches the basic principles of reflexology. It also looks at many of the concepts needed to become a professional therapist.
It can be taught along with foot, hand or ear reflexology.
It can also be taught as a separate course on its own.
It can be taught all online or in person at the clinic.

Foot Reflexology
This course is often taught along with the Core Course and is where most new students start when learning reflexology.
It is a comphrensive course that looks at the basic principles of foot reflexology as well as teaches you a simple and highly effective foot reflexology routine.
It can be taught partially online and in the clinic or all in person at the clinic.

Hand Reflexology
Teaches a highly affective hand reflexology routine and some basic Traditional Chinese Medicine theories to further your assessment skills and give you additional tools to develop an effective treatment plan for each client.
This course is an excellent addition to your reflexology practice or to start your journey learning reflexology.
It can be taught partially online and in the clinic or all in person.

Ear Reflexology
This course not only teaches a relaxing ear reflexology routine, it teaches how to work acupressure pressure points and use ear seeds.
It also looks at some Traditional Chinese Medicine theories and how to use them as a part of your assessment to further your treatment plans for your clients.
It can be taught partially online and, in the clinic, or all in person.


This course looks at teaching you all that you need to become a competent and professional Core + Foot Reflexology Teacher.
It can be taken in part online and in person or all in person at the clinic.
The Basic's, Core, and Foot Teacher Training

This course teaches you the skills needed to become a competent and professional Hand Reflexology Teacher.
If you are not a Foot Reflexology Teacher you will need take the Basic's Teacher Training as well.
It can be taken in part online and in person or all in person at the clinic.
Hand Teacher
Training

This course teaches you all that you need to become a competent and professional Hand Reflexology Teacher.
If you are not a Foot Reflexology Teacher you will need to do some of the Core Teacher Training as well.
It can be taken in part online and in person or all in person at the clinic.

This is a Treatment Planning Diploma Program made up of modules that focus on all aspects that will help you creating advance Treatment Plans for your clients.

Being Intentional with your Reflexology Practice
This Module will teach you a powerful, yet simple technique that will greatly enhance the way you do a reflexology session. When you know how to incorporate Intention into each reflex you work on, you will create an amazing session tailored to your client!

Advance Relaxation Technique - Pulsating
When doing a powerful reflexology session it is important to consider every aspect. This Module looks at teaching you a new Relaxation Technique that will help your client move from that "Fight or Flight" state - to the Parasympathetic or "Rest and Digest" state within minutes. We all know that stress is a huge factor in everyone's life and overtime our bodies feel it. This Module looks at how stress impacts not just our lives but every system in body.

This relaxation technique looks at helping your endocrine system calm down and there will be an introduction to the Linking Technique. Then when you combine the Pulsating Technique with the HPA-Axis Technique your client will become deeply relaxed within minutes of starting a session.

Step 3: Treatment Planning
Once you have taken all electives or at minimum 3 electives you can sign up for this Module.
Treatment Planning Level I
This Module looks at incorporating some of the above information and learn how to interpret a reflexology chart with more detail. I will share with you additional 10 reflexes I have incorporated into my reflexology practice. We will also take a look at how to start modifying a reflexology routine. Here you will learn how to further create tailored Session Plans for your clients. The goal of this Masterclass is to help you feel confident making more advanced Session Plans!
