The Clinic

Heal and Toes Reflexology is a reflexology clinic is located at 511 Hamilton Ave in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

All the reflexology therapists look at health from a holistic perspective and they are certified RCRT (Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapists) with the Reflexology Association of Canada.

The Therapists

Trenna Reid is certified in foot and hand Reflexology and is a Reflexology teacher. Trenna is a life learner and researcher who sees each client as an individual and discusses the best possible treatment plan for them. Working primarily with PTSD (and its spectrum), athletes and autoimmune diseases, Trenna finds success alleviating pain, anxiety, and inflammation while improving sleep, energy, mood, and overall health and wellness. Because of this Trenna has won three platinum awards from Community Votes Winnipeg 2021, 2022, 2023; Reflexology Therapist of the Year 2022 in Manitoba from Corporate Vision Canadian Business Awards as well as Reflexology Association of Canada Manitoba Chapter volunteer of the year 2023 (because promoting Reflexology in the community is very important to her). She looks forward to helping you discover better health and wellness. Outside of Reflexology, Trenna is also a Volleyball Coach, enjoys spending time in nature, and appreciates inspirational speaking opportunities within corporate settings or for athletic teams.

Sherri Gunn Wilkins has over 20 years experience in the field of reflexology. Right from the moment she started learning foot reflexology she fell in love with it and has not stopped learning, practicing and teaching reflexology.

In 2012, her journey as a reflexology teacher began. Now she teaches Core, Foot, Hand, and Ear Reflexology Courses and has recently become a Teacher Trainer. She is currently developing a program called Reflexology 201 - The Art of Treatment Planning.

As a teacher Sherri brings a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm to the classroom. As well, it gives her an outlet to share her passion and knowledge of reflexology. She prides herself on mentoring her students to ensure they become confident reflexology therapists and teachers.

In her reflexology practice she specializes in helping people manage their chronic pain, especially foot, knee, hip, and back pain. As well as helps people to de-stress and calm their nervous system which in turn helps people sleep better.

Her passion for reflexology continues to grow and inspires her to get involved wherever and whenever she can. She worked for a number of years at the Reflexology Association of Canada and from 2003 - 2011 and again from 2020 to the present she is the President for the RAC Manitoba Chapter Board of Directors. As a board member she hopes to help build a strong reflexology community.
